Scope of Work:
The works included the construction of 14 multi-story residential buildings across the Masir 2 and Masir 3 sites, comprising five-story reinforced concrete structures built to full architectural and structural specifications. SAQA was responsible for all major construction activities, including skeleton works, blockwork, and finishing components, supported by the manufacturing and supply of approximately 93,000 m³ of ready-mix concrete and 2,500,000 hollow blocks for both residential cities. The scope also encompassed coordination with site engineers, adherence to safety requirements, and maintaining fast-paced progress despite nationwide labor and material challenges. All works were executed to a high standard of quality, demonstrating strong technical capability, efficient management, and full compliance with project requirements.
Multi – Story Block of Flats in Gaza

Scope of Work:
The project involved the construction of 20 multi-story residential apartment buildings in Gaza, each consisting of four floors with a total area of 427 m² per floor and four apartments per level. The works included massive earth excavation of approximately 50,000 m³, 14,000 m³ of reinforced concrete for the building skeletons, and the construction of asphalt roads, parking areas, sidewalks, and interlocking pavements. The scope also comprised full infrastructure development, including water networks, stormwater drainage systems with gullies and manholes, wastewater networks, and all required fittings. Additional works included electrical and telecommunication systems, such as transformers, lighting poles, cables, and piping networks extending to the pallets. All components were executed in accordance with TİKA’s technical specifications and project requirements, ensuring a complete and functional residential complex.
Huda Al Masri Pediatric Cancer Center in Gaza

Scope of Work
The project involved the complete construction of the Huda Al Masri Pediatric Cancer Center in Gaza, a fully equipped medical facility with a total area of approximately 2,400 m², including 16 inpatient beds and 12 outpatient treatment units. The works included all civil, structural, and architectural construction, along with full electromechanical installations such as HVAC, heating and boiler systems, medical gas networks, power distribution, standby generator systems, and all supporting infrastructure. The scope also comprised comprehensive medical preparation works and the full supply, installation, and commissioning of all required medical equipment and devices necessary for the complete operation of the pediatric cancer center. All works were executed under the supervision of the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) and were completed in full compliance with the project’s technical specifications, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. The project was successfully completed and delivered to the client.

Scope of Work:
The project involved the full construction and architectural finishing of the Palestine Islamic Bank building in Qalqiliya, including all civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works required to deliver a complete and operational banking facility. The scope covered excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete works, blockwork, and roofing, followed by high-quality internal and external finishes such as plastering, tiling, painting, aluminum works, glazing, and decorative elements. Additional works included installation of HVAC systems, plumbing, firefighting networks, power and lighting systems, data and communication networks, security and CCTV systems, and all banking-related electromechanical requirements. The project also encompassed external landscaping, site development, and full integration of utilities to ensure proper functionality and customer accessibility. All works were executed in accordance with the Palestine Islamic Bank standards and relevant engineering specifications.

Scope of Work:
The project involved the full construction and finishing of two accommodation buildings (Buildings 1 & 2) at Qalqilya Camp under the supervision of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The works included all structural activities such as foundations, reinforced concrete works, blockwork, roofing, and plastering, followed by complete architectural finishes including tiling, painting, aluminum and glazing works, doors, sanitary fixtures, and interior fittings. The scope also covered the installation of mechanical and electrical systems—HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, power distribution, lighting, data, and communication networks—along with associated external works and site development. All tasks were executed in compliance with the approved drawings, technical specifications, and consultant directives, ensuring high-quality completion of all construction stages.
