The UNDP headquarters building in Gaza was developed by Saqa Group and is owned by Mr. Suhail Saqqa, Chairman of the Board. The building was established in 2003 and constructed in full compliance with UNDP’s architectural, safety, and operational standards.
The facility comprises a basement and six floors, with each floor measuring 400 m². Designed to support the humanitarian and development sector in Gaza, the building currently accommodates 23 NGOs operating within its premises.
The property occupies a 1,500 m² land lot and includes underground parking. It is designed to be self-sufficient, ensuring uninterrupted operational capacity for all organizations housed within it.

Bianco Resort Gaza, located on the northern coastline of Beit Lahia, spans a total area of 15,000 square meters and stands as one of the most modern and sophisticated hospitality developments in the Gaza Strip. The entire resort was designed, engineered, and constructed by SAQA Group, the only company in Palestine utilizing advanced prefabricated concrete technology at this scale. All structural components—including the villas, suites, service buildings, and even the swimming pools—were built using SAQA’s high-precision prefabricated concrete system.
The resort features 1 private signature villa and 6 large-scale luxury villas, each equipped with its own private swimming pool, ensuring a high level of privacy and exclusivity. In total, the project includes 7 villas, 12 suites, and 4 restaurants and coffee shops, offering a complete hospitality experience for families, guests, and visitors.
Despite its scale and complexity, the entire Bianco Resort project was completed within just 6 months, showcasing SAQA Group’s exceptional execution capabilities, fast-track project management, and leadership in innovative construction solutions. Today, Bianco Resort stands as a landmark of modern, high-quality development in Gaza.

SeaSide Platform Gaza is a modern coastal leisure and dining destination designed, developed, and fully constructed by SAQA Group, using the company’s advanced prefabricated concrete technology. Remarkably, the entire project—structural works, installations, finishes, and commissioning—was completed in only 45 days, demonstrating SAQA’s exceptional speed, efficiency, and engineering capacity.
Located on a 3,000 m² beachfront site in Gaza City, directly overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the platform was designed to create a vibrant public space on the coast. It features 7 restaurants, all rented by SAQA Group to leading local brand names in Gaza, transforming the site into one of the city’s most visited culinary and recreational hubs.
Every component of the platform—from the buildings to utility structures and even detailed finishes—was produced using SAQA’s prefabricated concrete system. This technology provided rapid installation, high durability, and precise architectural quality, making SeaSide Platform one of Gaza’s most successful fast-track construction achievements.
