Reconstruction of Cornish Road( Northern Coastal Road)

Scope of Work:
The works include the re-construction and rehabilitation of Al-Rasheed Coastal Road, covering all civil, structural, and infrastructure activities required to restore and upgrade this key coastal corridor. The scope consists of roadway excavation, preparation of sub-base and base layers, full asphalt works, and the construction of retaining and protective structures where necessary. It also includes the supply and installation of various diameters of pipelines and completion of all associated water and sewage network works along the project route. The contractor is responsible for all electromechanical works, site facilities, safety measures, traffic management, and reinstatement of surrounding areas to ensure safe and uninterrupted public access. All works shall be executed in accordance with the technical specifications, approved drawings, contractual requirements, and the instructions of the Ministry of Public Works as the supervising authority.
Reconstruction of Salah El Deen Road (Package 1)

Scope of Work:
The project involved the full reconstruction of Salah El Deen Road from the Rafah Cross Point to the Bani Suhaila Intersection, with a total contract value of approximately USD 27 million. The works included comprehensive roadway construction activities, upgrading the road corridor, and restoring all transportation functions along this strategic route. The scope also comprised major water network components valued at around USD 3 million, including the supply and installation of various diameters of pipelines and all associated fittings and connections. Additional works included excavation, base and sub-base preparation, asphalt paving, and full reinstatement of the adjoining infrastructure. All works were executed between April 2013 and December 2015 to the full satisfaction of the Technical Engineering Consulting Co. (TECC).

Scope of Work:
The project involved the full re-construction of Al-Rasheed Coastal Street, including major civil, road, and infrastructure works along the coastal corridor. The scope comprised extensive waterworks valued at approximately USD 1.88 million, including the supply and installation of various diameters of pipelines and all associated fittings and connections. In addition, the work included roadway reconstruction, upgrading of underground utilities, and all related construction activities required to restore the coastal street to a safe, durable, and functional transportation route. The project was executed between November 2013 and December 2015 with a total contract value of USD 7,141,737, delivering high-quality workmanship, strong management performance, and full adherence to engineering standards. All works were completed to the satisfaction of the Engineering & Management Consulting Center (EMCC).
Upgrading of Road No. 8 at AI Mosaddar, Gaza Strip)

Scope of Work:
The project involved upgrading the main Road No. 8 in Al Mosaddar, a vital access route serving approximately 4,000 residents. The works included improving a 900-meter stretch of roadway with a 5-meter asphalt carriageway constructed over a 7-meter base course to enhance durability and traffic flow. The scope also comprised constructing retaining walls and executing all required concrete works totaling 390 m³ to stabilize the roadway and adjacent areas. All activities were carried out in accordance with ANERA requirements and Ministry of Public Works and Housing standards, ensuring a safer, more reliable transportation route for the community.
Ein Yabroud-Deir Jareer Road & Deir Jareer-Kufur Malik Road (Segment A) and Kufur Malik Western Entrance Road (Segment B))

Scope of Work:
The project involved upgrading approximately 1.052 km of the Ein Yabroud–Deir Jareer Road and 1.6 km of the Deir Jareer–Kufur Malik Road, delivered through two distinct segments: Segment A covering 470 linear meters of the Deir Jareer–Kufur Malik Road and Segment B covering 1.13 km of the Kufur Malik Western Entrance Road. The work included full roadway excavation, embankment filling, and construction of all pavement layers to achieve the required structural integrity and road geometry. The scope further comprised constructing retaining structures, installing and rehabilitating stormwater drainage systems, and carrying out all required utility works to ensure network functionality. The project also included the installation of road lighting systems and integration of key safety features such as signage, pavement markings, cat eyes, and guardrails. All works were implemented in accordance with USAID standards and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing’s specifications to deliver a safe, durable, and improved roadway network.

Scope of Work:
The project involved upgrading approximately 1.8 km of internal roads within the city of Jenin in the Jenin Governorate. The work consisted of milling the existing asphalt surface and applying a new asphalt overlay to restore road quality and extend pavement life. Additional activities included asphalt patching, rehabilitation of existing sidewalks, and adjustments to ensure proper levels and pedestrian accessibility. The project also encompassed the installation of essential road safety features, including signage, pavement markings, cat eyes, and guardrails. All works were carried out in accordance with USAID requirements and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing standards to deliver safe and improved road infrastructure.
