Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes the supply, delivery, and handover of 11 used Mercedes Arocs 4140K tipper trucks (2023 production) to UNDP under Contract No. UNDP-PAL-002994, strictly in accordance with the contract conditions specifying the provision of used vehicles. All trucks were supplied on a DAP Gaza delivery basis, with full responsibility for transport, customs coordination, and delivery to the designated location as required by the Purchase Order
PO 10338643. The contractor ensured that all vehicles complied with the technical specifications, were fully inspected and tested prior to handover, and matched the required configuration, VIN numbers, and operational standards. The works included providing all necessary documentation, warranties, manuals, and certifications associated with the supplied trucks. All obligations were fulfilled in accordance with UNDP’s General Terms and Conditions and within the required delivery timeframe.

Scope of Work:
SAQA supplied the Egyptian Reconstruction Committee in Gaza with the full concrete requirements for the Dar Masir 2 and Dar Masir 3 residential developments, delivering approximately 93,000 m³ of ready-mix concrete across various structural and finishing applications. The supplied mixes included multiple grades—primarily B250 and B300—produced in accordance with approved mix designs and strict quality control procedures. All concrete was manufactured, tested, and delivered to site in a continuous, coordinated schedule to support foundation works, structural frames, slabs, and ancillary elements. SAQA ensured consistent production quality, timely delivery, and complete compliance with project engineering specifications.

Scope of Work:
SAQA supplied the Egyptian Reconstruction Committee with more than 20 km of reinforced concrete pipelines in diameters ranging from 400 mm to 2000 mm, manufactured to meet all structural and hydraulic performance requirements. SAQA also provided a complete range of precast concrete manholes, with diameters from 400 mm to 2700 mm, covering all sizes required for the project’s sewer and stormwater systems. All products were produced and delivered through Al Nasser Company for Concrete Industries, a precast manufacturing facility privately owned by SAQA. Every pipe and manhole underwent rigorous quality control, including compressive strength testing, dimensional accuracy checks, and leakage testing, ensuring full compliance with specification and performance standards. SAQA maintained consistent production quality, reliable delivery schedules, and full technical compliance throughout the reconstruction works.
